CMA is short of China Metrology Accreditation abbreviation, which also known as Chinese Measurement Certificate. It is based on the PRC law, measured by the provincial people’s governments at or above the executive branch of the testing organization capability and reliability of the detection of a comprehensive certification and evaluation. This certification is aimed at all the data on social justice issued by product quality supervision and inspection agencies and other types of laboratories; a variety of products such as the Quality Supervision and Inspection Station, environmental monitoring stations, disease prevention and control centers and the like. To obtain a certificate of competency measurement certification inspection, and to allow its inspection reports on the use of CMA tags; a CMA mark inspection reports can be used for product quality evaluation, outcomes and judicial appraisal, the force of law.

CE stands for Conformité Européenne. The CE mark is a safety certification mark and is considered as a passport for manufacturers to open and enter the European market. It is a symbol of free marketability in the European Economic Area. All products bearing the CE mark can be sold within the EU member states, not necessarily have to meet requirements of each member country, which allows for free movement and sale of product throughout the European Economic Area.

Federal Communications Commission manages the import and use of radio frequency devices, including computers, fax machines, electronic devices, radio receiving and transmitting equipment, radio-controlled toys, telephones, personal computers, and other products that may do harm to humans. If these products are to be exported to the United States, they must be tested and approved by a government-authorized laboratory according to FCC technical standards. Importers and customs agents must declare that each radio frequency device complies with the FCC standard, that is the FCC license.

RoHS is a mandatory standard set by the EU legislation. Its full name is Restriction of Hazardous Substances. The standard is formally implemented on July 1, 2006. It is mainly used to standardize the materials and process standards of electrical and electronic products to make them more conducive to human health and environmental protection. The purpose of this standard is to eliminate six items of lead, mercury, cadmium, hexavalent chromium, polybrominated biphenyls, and polybrominated diphenyl ethers in electrical and electronic products, and it is stipulated that the lead content must not exceed 0.1%.
